Terms of Service

1. What Fixxdit does

Fixxdit is a web-based UX auditing tool. You submit a website URL, and we capture a screenshot, analyze it using artificial intelligence, and generate a report highlighting potential UX and conversion issues. The service operates on a credit-based, pay-per-use model.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person — do not share accounts or create multiple accounts to exploit free credits.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

3. Credits, pricing, and payment

New accounts receive 1 free credit. Additional credits can be purchased via Stripe. See our pricing page for current plans.

Current pricing

• One-off: 1 credit for $9
• Pro Pack: 5 credits for $29
• Agency Pack: 25 credits for $149

• Each audit costs 1 credit.
• All credit packs are one-time purchases (not subscriptions).
• Prices are in USD and may exclude applicable taxes.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing purchased credits are honored at the original price.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

Refunds

• Automatic on failure: If an audit fails due to a system error, your credit is automatically refunded to your account balance.
• No monetary refunds: All credit purchases are final. Credits are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase.

4. AI-generated content

Audit reports are generated using artificial intelligence. This means:

• Reports may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.
• Reports are for informational purposes only — they do not constitute professional UX, design, or business advice.
• Different audits of the same URL may produce different results.
• We do not guarantee that implementing suggestions will improve your website's performance.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, interpret, and act on report content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs to websites containing illegal content.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm website owners.
• Attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Resell or redistribute audit reports as your own product without attribution.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit the free credit system.
• Use the service to capture sensitive personal data visible on target websites.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Fixxdit, including the analysis of third-party websites, complies with applicable laws and those websites' terms of service.

6. Third-party websites

Fixxdit captures screenshots of URLs you submit as part of the audit process. We do not own, control, or endorse any third-party website content. Screenshots are used solely for generating your audit report. If a website owner objects to their site being audited, they may contact us to request exclusion.

7. Intellectual property

• Fixxdit's IP: The service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Fixxdit. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.
• Your reports: You may use your audit reports for your own purposes. However, AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.
• Audited sites: Nothing in these terms grants either party rights over the third-party websites that are audited.

8. Privacy

Your use of Fixxdit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. URLs you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic) for report generation.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixxdit's total liability for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fixxdit in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixxdit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including the rights of website owners whose sites you submit for audit.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. General

• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Entire agreement: These terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and Fixxdit.
